Title: A corner of my home

Additional Details (1000c):
This interior still life captures the warmth and familiarity of a quiet corner in my home. I arranged a large chocolate-brown ceramic vase, draped fabric, a mug of water, a green candle, and a stack of books beneath a framed image of an abstract tree. Using charcoal and soft pastels, I built a warm palette of browns, yellows, and oranges, with touches of green and white providing contrast. The deep shadows, soft fabric, and familiar objects create a sense of comfort while connecting the physical objects to the abstract forms above them. This piece reflects my interest in how color, light, and personal surroundings can transform an everyday space into an intimate portrait of home.
